On March 29th by mail and on April 7th by email we notified our customers that our web hosting, domain registration and mozy backup services would be discontinued on April 30th. You must make arrangements for new service before April 30th to avoid a disruption in service.

Web Hosting Customers

We are recommending that customers switch their service to LiquidWeb. We have had a relationship with LiquidWeb in the past and have found their service to be exceptional. LiquidWeb provides fully managed hosting which means their support team is available to help you manage, secure and maintain your website. They also use technology which is similar to ours which will make the transition to their service easy.

1. Contact LiquidWeb sales at 800-580-4985 or visit their website to sign up for service.

2. After your account is created, open a migration ticket by calling their support department. They will send you a questionnaire to complete to start the migration process. We have an example of how to complete the questionnaire here.

3. Once LiquidWeb notifies you that the migration is complete, you will need to update your name servers. Before April 30th, please send an email to support@bluemojo.net and request that your name servers be updated.

Domain Registration Services

Your domain registration and hosted email service will now be handled by Whatever Computes. They have been in business for over 12 years and are one of the largest Tucows resellers. Whatever Computers can be reached at 877-291-3269 and you will also be receiving an introductory email from them shortly. Please contact them after April 30th regarding any changes to your domain name or hosted email service. You account will automatically be transferred to Whatever Computes and no further action is required on your part.

MOZY Backup

In order to continue with your Mozy backup service after April 30, you will need to contact Mozy directly and establish an account directly with them. You will also need to uninstall your current Mozy Pro client and reinstall a new copy using the license key provided to you by Mozy. We are offering clients a free remote appointment to uninstall the old Mozy client and reinstall the new client with the new Mozy license key. After you have received your license key form Mozy, please contact Carol at 866-999-6656 Ext. 109 to schedule your remote appointment.
